Position: Medical Triage Assistant (Family Practice)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday (half day on Fridays)
Job Description: Family First Wellness Clinic is seeking an energetic, ambitious, and motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Triage Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow within a healthcare setting. We value individuals who take initiative, adapt quickly, and bring a strong work ethic to the team.
Key Responsibilties:
- Triage patients, collect medical history, and chief complaints
- Communicate with patients in person and by phone
- Assist providers and clinical staff
- Document in electronic medical records accurately and promptly
- Support front and back office as needed
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Efficient in fast-paced settings
- Willing to cross-train
- Proficient with computers and technology
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Medical exopereinced preffered, but no required.

The Federal College Work-Study Program (FCWSP) is a federally funded employment program that helps eligible students earn money to pay for educational expenses through part-time work on the North Florida College campus.
Program Highlights
- Work Hours: Qualifying students may work up to 15 hours per week, based on available funding
- Eligibility Requirements:
- Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA
- Must maintain a 67% course completion rate
- Must be Pell Grant eligible
- Must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

ECMHSP is a federally funded child care center and offers super pay, federal benefits, and a sign-on bonus of $5,000. Teacher pay varies from $20 to $26, depending on your qualifications.
ECMHSP is also beginning a pilot program for a 4-day work week. You would work 4 10-hour days and your day off during the week may vary. The school will be open M-F.
