Strategic Plan
Strategic planning establishes key initiatives upon which the College focuses to meet
the needs of its students and the community, and to fulfill its mission.
In January 2020, the NFC District Board of Trustees approved the College’s Strategic
Plan Year One, initiating the first cycle of its five‑year strategic planning and
assessment process.
